Phone lines will be open and receiving donations today from 5:30am-10pm, EST.

Bruce Springsteen Tribute, Benefit Concert for Hungerthon - Nov. 22nd

On the eve of Thanksgiving, join us for a night of singing, dancing, and giving back. Get into the holiday spirit with performances by Joe D’Urso & Stone Caravan, JoBannano & The Godsons of Soul, Bobby Mahoney and the Seventh Son and more! We will also be collecting non-perishable food for donation to local foodbank, FullFill.  Join us this holiday season and support the fight to end world hunger. Show starts at 7:30pm, entry $20.

Tom Petty Tribute, Benefit Concert For Hungerthon - November 19th

Join us at the Acoustic Cafe in Park Ridge, New Jersey for a Tom Petty inspired benefit concert for WhyHunger's Hungerthon! This year's show will be an afternoon of Tom Petty songs as 10 performers will pay tribute to one of our greatest songwriters. The lineup will include a good mixture of veteran songwriters and up and coming artists including Jeffrey Gaines, Richard Barone, Don DiLego, Joe D'Urso, Isabella Rose,and more! We will also be holding a food drive, and encourage guests to bring non-perishable, healthy food for the Pascack Food Center. Tickets $25 in advance, $30 at the door.

WhyHunger Young Professionals Daiquiri and Data Entry - Thursday, November 16th

WhyHunger Young Professionals (whYP) is a dynamic group of socially conscious young professional leaders motivated to bring awareness to the mission of WhyHunger through fundraising, social, and volunteer activities geared towards fellow young professionals. Every year we get hundreds of order forms in the mail for our awesome Hungerthon gear. But before we can ship anything out we have to get the paper forms into our online system. That's where you come in! The plan is to do a little data entry, drink a couple daiquris, and have some fun.
