About Hungerthon

Hungerthon is an annual Thanksgiving radio tradition started in 1975 by WhyHunger to raise awareness about hunger and poverty and to invest in long-term solutions that help people in need in communities across the country.

This fall, join the Hungerthon community - media partners, like Entercom New York, SiriusXM, Cumulus New York and iHeart Media New York, celebrity ambassadors and fans - across the U.S. in our tradition of fighting for everyone’s right to nutritious food. This unique campaign includes exclusive online auctions, signature merchandise and social media activation, that culminates with a live radiothon broadcast on Entercom New York and Cumulus New York on Tuesday, November 20th.

Make a donation now to help the 40 million Americans, including over 12 million children, get the healthy food they need. Funds raised through Hungerthon support innovative community-based solutions that fight hunger and poverty at its root causes. Learn more at whyhunger.org or read our press release.

Special thanks to all of our radio partners, the backbone of Hungerthon, for their vital role in fighting hunger in America.

Special thanks to the gracious Yoko Ono Lennon, Bruce Springsteen and Tom Morello for their support and partnership in offering this year's incredible Hungerthon merchandise.

And thank YOU for taking action!
